Ingredients:
  • 8-10 Potatoes
  • 2-3 Teaspoons Roasted Peanut (Singdana) Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds (Rai)
  • ½ Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
  • 3-4 Finely Chopped Green Chillies (Hari Mirch)
  • 8-10 Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  1. Deep fry potato slices in oil.
  2. Now heat oil and add mustard seeds, asafoetida, green chillies and curry leaves. Stir well.
  3. Add turmeric powder and mix well.
  4. Add fried potato slices and stir well.
  5. Now add salt, lemon juice, sugar and roasted peanut powder. Mix well.
  6. Close lid and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add some coriander leaves and Shirdi Sai Baba special Bataka Nu Shaak is ready.
