- 8-10 Potatoes
- 2-3 Teaspoons Roasted Peanut (Singdana) Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds (Rai)
- ½ Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
- 3-4 Finely Chopped Green Chillies (Hari Mirch)
- 8-10 Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
- Salt
- Oil
- Deep fry potato slices in oil.
- Now heat oil and add mustard seeds, asafoetida, green chillies and curry leaves. Stir well.
- Add turmeric powder and mix well.
- Add fried potato slices and stir well.
- Now add salt, lemon juice, sugar and roasted peanut powder. Mix well.
- Close lid and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add some coriander leaves and Shirdi Sai Baba special Bataka Nu Shaak is ready.
