Aam Panna Recipe | Keri No Baflo | Gujarati Rasoi

Gujarati Rasoi presents Keri No Baflo, - Aam Panna, the Aam Aadmi Drink of the summer. This easy to make recipe of aam panna or keri no baflo is made up of minimum ingredients and has a simple method of preparation. So enjoy this summer cooler and do let us know the taste in the comment box.
  • 750 Grams Raw Mango or 2 Raw Mangoes (Kaccha Aam)
  • 750 Grams Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoon Cumin Seed Powder (Jeera Powder)
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Ice Cubes
  1. Peel the raw mangoes and dice it roughly.
  2. Boil them in a cooker for 7 whistles.
  3. Now add sugar to the boiled mangoes.
  4. Add jeera powder and salt.
  5. Blend the mixture.
  6. Keri No Baflo  concentrate is ready.
  7. Now in a glass add this concentrate, add ice cubes and water.
  8. Enjoy the summer cooler with your friends and family.
