Chundo is a traditional Gujarati recipe which is prepared by sun drying a mixture of mangoes and sugar and the result is a yummy keri no chundo. But in this video we will show you how to make chundo at home quickly without drying in the sun. This quick chundo recipe has a peculiar spicy and sweet taste along with yummy taste of kaachi keri.

- 600 Grams Rajapuri Raw Mangoes
- 600 Grams Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 2-3 Pieces of Cinnamon
- 4-5 Cloves
- 1 Teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Seed Powder (Jeera Powder)
- Salt
- Peel the raw mangoes and grate them.
- Add them to pan. Add turmeric powder, salt and sugar.
- Switch on the gas and stir till sugar melts.
- Increase the flame and stir continuously.
- Stir till sugar reaches 1 Thread consistency.
- Switch off the gas and let the mixture cool.
- Now add cinnamon, cloves, red chilli powder and roasted jeera powder.
- Mix well and Keri No Chundo is ready to eat.
