  • 200-250 Grams of Green Peas (Matar)
  • 200-250 Grams of Paneer Cubes
For Masala:
  • 2-3 Finely Chopped Green Chillies (Hari Mirch)
  • 8-10 Chopped Garlic Cloves (Lehsun)
  • 2 Sliced Onions
  • 1 Chopped Tomato
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • Salt
  • Oil
For Gravy:
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Kitchen King Masala
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil
Procedure:
  1. Shallow fry green peas and paneer cubes.
  2. Now to prepare the masala for matar paneer heat some oil and add green chillies, garlic cloves and stir well.
  3. Add sliced onion and stir till it turns transparent.
  4. Add tomato and cook it well.
  5. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Let the mixture cool down and grind it into a paste.
  8. Now heat some oil and add the paste. Fry the paste well.
  9. Now add red chilli powder and kitchen king masala. Stir well.
  10. Add shallow fried paneer cubes and green peas. Mix well.
