Healthy Moong Dal Pudla Recipe | Moong Dal Chilla | Gujarati Rasoi

Pudla banavani rit is very simple. Pudla recipe in gujarati is very popular. Pudla or Besan ka chilla recipe is very quick recipe to make. In this healthy recipe we are preparing moong dal ka chilla i.e. mag dal na pudla. Gujarati pudla recipe is very easy to prepare and is enjoyed best with sauce or green chutney. Recipe: Ingredients:
  • 2.5 Cups of Soaked Moong Dal
  • 1.5-2 Teaspoon Green Chilli-Ginger (Hari Mirch-Adrak) Paste
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • Salt
  • Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
Procedure:
  1. Soak moong dal for 2-3 hours and then grind it into a paste.
  2. Add turmeric powder, green chilli-ginger paste, salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
  3. Add water and prepare batter for the pudla.
  4. On a tawa spread some oil and add the batter. Spread the batter evenly.
  5. Roast the pudla well on both sides on a medium flame.
  6. Healthy Mag Dal Pudla or Moong Dal Chilla is ready.
