In this video we will show you Palak Nu Shaak banavani rit. Gujarati palak nu shaak recipe is very easy and a tasty recipe to enjoy for lunch. This recipe has the prominent taste of garlic as it includes the spicy garlic-red chilli chutney. In this recipe we have added some gram flour to give the recipe a nice texture.

Ingredients:
- 500 Grams of Finely Chopped Spinach (Palak)
- 1 Tablespoon Gram Flour (Besan)
- 8-10 Garlic Cloves (Lehsun)
- 2 Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- ½ Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- Salt
- Oil
- In a mixer make coarse chutney of garlic cloves and red chilli powder.
- Heat some oil and add cumin seeds, asafoetida and the prepared garlic chutney.
- Fry the ingredients well.
- Now add turmeric powder and gram flour. Roast the flour well.
- Add chopped spinach stir till it settles down.
- Close lid and cook on a medium flame
- Add some salt and mix well.
- Cook for a while and Gujarati Palak Nu Shaak is ready.
