  • 1 Cup Pearl Millet Flour (Bajre ka Atta)
  • ¼ Cup of Wheat Flour (Gehun ka Atta)
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Ghee
Procedure:
  1. Take pearl millet flour (bajre ka atta), wheat flour, salt and water. Knead a dough for rotla.
  2. Now take a portion of the dough and make a ball. Flatten it and dip it in wheat flour,
  3. Roll it into a rotla.
  4. On a hot tawa roast the rotla.
  5. Apply some water on the top ant let it roast.
  6. Turn it and roast the other side.
  7. Now roast it directly on the flame to make it fluffy.
  8. Apply some ghee on top and Easy Bajra Na Rotla is ready.
