Cheese Masala Maggie Recipe | Maggie Street Food Recipe | Gujarati Rasoi

  • 2 Maggie Noodles
  • 2 Maggie Masala Packets
  • 2 Glasses Water
  • 2 Chopped Onions
  • 1 Chopped Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
  • 1 Chopped Tomato
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  1. Boil water and add the Maggie noodles. Stir well.
  2. Add Maggie masala and prepare the Maggie.
  3. Remove the Maggie in a bowl.
  4. Heat some oil and add chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped tomato and sauté them well.
  5. Add garam masala, red chilli powder, dhana jeera powder and salt. Add salt as per requirement as the Maggie masala already contains salt.
  6. Add the previously prepared Maggi and stir well.
  7. Serve the Maggi in a plate and grate it with generous amount of cheese.
  8. Maggie is ready to eat.
