  • 250 Grams Tuver
  • 1 Cup Chopped Green Garlic (Hara Lehsun)
  • 2 Chopped Onions
  • 1 Chopped Tomato
  • 4-5 Green Chillies (Hari Mirch)
  • Handful of Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds (Rai)
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • ¼ Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
  • 2-3 Teaspoons Ginger-Garlic (Adrak-Lehsun) Paste
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
  • 1.5-2 Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • Sev
  • Some Chopped Onions to Serve
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil
Procedure:
  1. Soak tuver for 6-7 hours and then boil them.
  2. Make a paste of green chillies and coriander leaves.
  3. Now heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida and ginger garlic paste. Sauté it well.
  4. Add chopped onions and stir till it turns transparent.
  5. Add chopped tomato and sauté it well.
  6. Add previously prepared green chilli-coriander paste and green garlic. Stir well
  7. Now add turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder, red chilli powder and garam masala. Mix well.
  8. Add boiled tuver, salt and water. Stir well.
  9. Close lid and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  10. Now serve it in a plate and top it with chopped onions, sev and coriander leaves.
  11. Tuver Na Thotha is ready, enjoy with a slice of bread.
