  • 3 Cups of Rice
  • 1.5 Cups of Urad Dal
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Water
Procedure:
  1. Soak rice and urad dal for 7-8 hours.
  2. Now grind both of them separately, mix them and let it ferment for another 7-8 hours.
  3. Add some salt and water to prepare the dosa batter.
  4. Now on a hot tawa add some melted butter and sprinkle some water. Wipe it with cloth.
  5. Pour the batter and spread it evenly.
  6. Prepare the dosa on a high flame.
  7. Spread the butter evenly and keep the butter cube on it for a while.
  8. Place a piece of butter on the dosa and fold it once the dosa is done.
  9. Serve the dosa with sambar and chutney. Manek Chowk Gwalior Dosa is ready.
