Ingredients:
- 2.5 Cups of Gram Flour (Besan)
- 2 Finely Chopped Onions
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds (Rai)
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- ¼ Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
- 10-12 Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
- 2-3 Teaspoons Green Chilli-Garlic (Hari Mirch- Lehsun) Paste
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
- Water
- Salt
- Oil
- In gram flour add some water and prepare a smooth batter.
- Heat oil and mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves. Stir well.
- Add chopped onions and stir till it turns golden brown.
- Add turmeric powder and green chilli- garlic paste. Stir fry the paste well.
- Now add the gram flour batter and mix well.
- Add some water, salt and stir well on a low flame.
- Close lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add some coriander leaves and Besan Marcha Nu Shaak is ready.
