  • 1 Kg Grated Carrots (Gajar)
  • ½ Cup Cream (Malai)
  • ¾ Cup Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons of Ghee
  • ½ Cup Water
  • ½ Teaspoon Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder
  • Chopped Almonds (Badam)
  • Chopped Cashews (Kaju)
Procedure:
  1. Heat ghee and add the grated carrots. Stir till the carrots settle down.
  2. Add water and stir well.
  3. Pressure cook for 2 whistles.
  4. Now add cream and sugar. Stir till the water evaporates and the mixture thickens.
  5. Add cardamom powder, chopped almonds and chopped cashews.
  6. Instant Gajar No Halvo is ready.
