Mumbai Style Dahi Batata Puri | Street Food Chaat Recipe | Gujarati Rasoi

Dahi Puri is a popular chaat recipe from the streets of Mumbai. This chaat recipe consists of potato filled in pani puri puris and topped with yummy and chatpata chutneys and generous amount of dahi.   • Pani Puri Puris
  • Sweetened Curd (Dahi)
  • Boiled Potatoes
  • Sev
  • Green Chutney
  • Dates-Tamarind (Khajur-Imli) Chutney
  • Garlic Chutney
  • Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • Chaat Masala
  • Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
Procedure:
  1. Make cavities in puris and place it in a plate.
  2. Add boiled potato in it.
  3. Add some green chutney, dates-tamarind chutney and some garlic chutney.
  4. Add generous amount of sweetened dahi.
  5. Add red chilli powder, chaat masala, sev and coriander leaves.
  6. Chaat Recipe, Dahi Puri is ready.
