  • 250 Grams Boiled Cluster Beans (Gawar)
  • 1 Medium Sized Chopped Potato
  • 1 Medium Sized Chopped Onion
  • 1 Chopped Tomato
  • ½ Teaspoon Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
  • ¼ Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
  • 1-2 Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Kitchen King Masala
  • ½ Teaspoon Sugar
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  1. Heat oil and carom seeds, asafoetida, chopped onion and stir till it turns golden brown.
  2. Add chopped potatoes and stir well.
  3. Close lid and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add chopped tomato and cook well.
  5. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhana jeera powder, kitchen king masala and mix well.
  6. Add boiled cluster beans (Gawar), salt and sugar. Stir well.
  7. Close lid and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Guvar Batata Nu Shaak is ready.
