Bread Pakoda is a famous street food of Mumbai. This quick pakora recipe consists of bread dipped in besan batter and deep fried in oil. This pakora recipe is enjoyed with a cup of tea or with spicy green chutney.

Ingredients:
- Bread Slices
- 1.5-2 Cups of Gram Flour (Besan)
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger-Garlic (Adrak-Lehsun) Paste
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
- Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
- Salt
- Water
- Oil
- In gram flour add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhana jeera powder, carom seeds, ginger garlic paste, salt and coriander leaves.
- Add water and make the batter for the pakoras.
- Dip the triangular bread slices in the batter and fry it in oil.
- Once they are fried from all sides, remove them in a plate.
- Bread Pakoda is ready, serve it with tomato sauce and green chutney.
