Recipe: Ingredients:
  • ½ Cup Gram Flour
  • 3 Chopped Capsicum
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • ½ Teaspoon Asafoetida
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2-3 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Coriander-Cumin Seed Powder
  • ¾ Teaspoon Dried Mango Powder
  • Salt
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Oil
Procedure:
  1. Heat some oil and add cumin seeds and asafoetida.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook till they turn transparent.
  3. Add chopped capsicum and cook them well.
  4. Now add turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder, red chilli powder and amchur powder.
  5. Add Gram Flour and mix well.
  6. Add salt as per taste and stir well.
  7. Close lid and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  8. Add some coriander leaves and mix well.
  9. Besan Shimla Mirch is ready.
