Sabudana Pudla | Gujarati Pudla Recipe | Gujarati Rasoi

Pudla is a popular Gujarati recipe which is often prepared using besan (gram flour). In this festival of Navratri we would like to present Sabudana Pudla. This Farali recipe for Navratri is quick to prepare and can be a good recipe for Vrat. This upvas recipe is prepared from sabudana and moraiyo.   • ½ Cup Sago (Sabudana)
  • 2 Cups of Moraiyo (Sama Ke Chawal)
  • 1 Boiled & Grated Potato
  • ½ Cup Roasted Peanut (Singdana) Powder
  • 7-8 Green Chilli (Hari Mirch) Paste
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Ghee
Procedure:
  1. Soak sago for 4-5 hours and moraiyo for 2-3 hours.
  2. Grind them and make a thick paste.
  3. Now in that add roasted peanut powder, green chilli paste, chopped coriander leaves, boiled & grated potato, salt and mix well.
  4. Add water as per requirement and prepare the batter for pudla.
  5. Heat a pan and add some ghee. Pour the batter and spread it evenly.
  6. Roast it well from both sides.
  7. Farali Pudla is ready to eat.
