  • 1.5 Cups of Rajgira Flour
  • Salt
  • Water
  1. In rajgira flour, add some salt and mix well.
  2. Add water and knead a dough for Rotla.
  3. Take a portion of the dough, dip it in rajgira flour and roll it into a rotlo.
  4. On a pan roast the rotlo well from both sides.
  5. Know roast the Rotla directly on the flame well.
  6. Farali Rajgira Rotla is ready to eat with Bataka Nu Shaak or Suran Nu Shaak.
