Methi Nu Shaak is highly nutritious and tasty to eat. This recipe can be a good alternative to your usual everyday recipes. In this recipe we have cooked methi along with peanuts to give it a nice crunchy taste. So do try out this quick recipe. Recipe: Ingredients:
  • 250-300 Grams of Chopped Fenugreek (Methi)
  • 5-6 Garlic (Lehsun) Cloves
  • 8-10 Green Chilies (Hari Mirch)
  • ¼ Cup Roasted Peanut (Singdana)
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • ½ Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
  • Salt
  1. In a mixer add garlic cloves, green chilies and roasted peanut. Grind it and make a paste.
  2. Heat oil and add cumin seeds, asafoetida and the prepared paste. Fry it well.
  3. Add chopped fenugreek and stir well. Let the fenugreek settle down.
  4. Add salt and mix well.
  5. Close lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Methi Nu Shaak is ready.
