Ingredients:
- 250-300 Grams of Chopped Fenugreek (Methi)
- 5-6 Garlic (Lehsun) Cloves
- 8-10 Green Chilies (Hari Mirch)
- ¼ Cup Roasted Peanut (Singdana)
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- ½ Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
- Salt
- In a mixer add garlic cloves, green chilies and roasted peanut. Grind it and make a paste.
- Heat oil and add cumin seeds, asafoetida and the prepared paste. Fry it well.
- Add chopped fenugreek and stir well. Let the fenugreek settle down.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Close lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Methi Nu Shaak is ready.
