  • Fried Noodles
  • ½ Cup Grated Carrot (Gajar)
  • ½ Cup Finely Chopped Cabbage (Patta Gobi)
  • ¼ Cup Finely Chopped Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
  • ½ Cup Finely Chopped Spring Onion Leaves
  • ½ Cup Finely Chopped Spring Onion
  • 1 Teaspoon Finely Chopped Green Chillies (Hari Mirch)
  • 2 Teaspoon Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves (Lehsun)
  • 1 Teaspoon Finely Chopped Ginger (Adrak)
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Sauce
  • 2 Teaspoon Soya Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Vinegar
  • 3 Teaspoons of Corn Flour
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) Powder
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil
Procedure:
  1. Heat oil and add finely chopped green chopped, finely chopped garlic and finely chopped ginger. Sauté it well.
  2. Now add grated carrot, chopped cabbage, chopped capsicum, chopped spring onion greens and chopped spring onion.
  3. Stir and cook the vegetables for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Now add water and stir well.
  5. Add red chilli sauce, soya sauce and vinegar. Stir well.
  6. In corn flour, add some water and prepare the corn flour mixture. Add it to the soup to thicken the soup.
  7. Add black pepper powder and salt. Stir well till the soup boils.
  8. Serve the soup in a bowl, add some spring onions and fried noodles.
  9. Manchow Soup is ready.
