Pani Puri’s Pani is a very important ingredient of Pani Puri recipe. This pani puri pani has the peculiar taste of mint, coriander and spices. Pani Puri Pani is usually served chilled to give the Pani Puri a nice cool taste with the spiciness of the other ingredients of Pani Puri. Recipe: Ingredients:
  • Boondis
  • ½ Cup Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • 1 Cup Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • 2 Green Chillies (Hari Mirch)
  • 1 Inch Ginger (Adrak)
  • ½ Teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • ½ Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Seed (Jeera) Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Black Salt (Kala Namak)
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Salt
Procedure:
  1. In a mixer, take green chillies, ginger, mint leaves, coriander leaves, chaat masala, roasted cumin seed powder, black salt, salt and juice of lemon.
  2. Grind and make a paste.
  3. Add water as per requirement and add some boondis.
  4. Pani Puri Pani is ready to eat.
