Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Coarsely Grinded Gram Flour (Besan)
  • ¼ Cup Normal Gram Flour (Besan)
  • ¼ Cup Semolina (Rava)
  • ½ Cup Curd (Dahi)
  • 1 Teaspoon Fennel Seeds (Saunf)
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper (Sabut Kali Mirch)
  • ½ Teaspoon Coriander Seeds (Sabut Dhania)
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1-1 ½  Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • ¼ Teaspoon Soda
  • 2 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 3 Teaspoons Warm Oil
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  1. In a mixing bowl, take some coarsely grinded gram flour, normal gram flour, semolina, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, black pepper, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, soda, sugar, warm oil, curd and salt. Mix well and make a soft dough.
  2. Make fulwadis out of the dough.
  3. Deep fry the fulwadis in oil.
  4. Fry well from both sides. Gujarati Farsan Fulwadi is ready to eat.
