Shiro is a popular Gujarati Sweet Recipe. Farali Shiro is prepared using Rajgira flour and is very tasty to eat.   • 1 Cup of Rajgira Flour
  • ¾ Cup of Ghee
  • 1 Cup of Warm Milk
  • ½ Cup of Sugar
  • 10-12 Chopped Cashews (Kaju)
  • 5-6 Chopped Almonds (Badam)
  • 1 Teaspoon Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder
Procedure:
  1. Heat ghee and then add rajgira flour. Roast the flour well in the ghee.
  2. Add warm milk and stir well.
  3. Add sugar & mix well.
  4. Now add chopped cashes and almonds. Mix well.
  5. Close lid and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  7. Farali Shiro is ready.
