This Navratri we would like to bring a unique and easy Farali Upvas recipe. Farali Dosa is prepared from Moraiyo and is very quick to make. This instant dosa recipe is enjoyed with Farali Chutney. Recipe: Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Moraiyo (Sama Ke Chawal)
  • ½ Cup Rajgira Flour
  • 1 Cup Buttermilk (Chaas)
  • 1-1.5 Green Chilli (Hari Mirch) Paste
  • Salt
  • Ghee
  1. Soak moraiyo for 3-4 hours and grind it to make a thick mixture.
  2. In the mixture add rajgira flour, green chilli paste and salt.
  3. Add buttermilk slowly in the mixture and make a batter for dosa.
  4. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
  5. On a hot tawa add some ghee and wipe it with a cloth.
  6. Sprinkle some water and again wipe it with a cloth.
  7. Now pour the batter and spread it evenly to make dosa.
  8. Pour some ghee and let it roast.
  9. Roast it well from both sides and Farali Dosa is ready to eat. Serve it with Farali Chutney.
