  • Sweetened & Salted Curd (Dahi)
  • 1 Cup Rajgira Flour
  • ½ Cup Roasted Peanut (Singdana) Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Green Chilli (Hari Mirch) Paste
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • Roasted Cumin Seeds (Jeera) Powder
Procedure:
  1. In a mixing bowl add rajgira flour, roasted peanut powder, green chilli paste, salt and mix well.
  2. Add water and knead a soft dough.
  3. Make the vadas and deep fry them.
  4. Now take some sweetened and salted curd and add the vadas to it.
  5. Refrigerate it for 4-5 hours.
  6. Now serve the vadas in a plate and add some dahi over it.
  7. Sprinkle red chilli powder, roasted cumin seed powder and some coriander leaves.
  8. Farali Dahi Vada are ready to eat.
