Navratri is the season of Garba, Mataji s Puja and Upvas. For the upvas of Navratri we would like to bring you a different Farali recipe made from potatoes. This Farali Bataka Nu Shaak is a gravy based shaak recipe. Rasavalu Bataka Nu Shaak can be enjoyed with Rajgira No Rotlo or with Moraiyo Khichdi. So this recipe can be a good alternative to usual Farali Upvas Recipes.

Ingredients:
- 3-4 Diced Potatoes
- ¼ Cup Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
- ½ Cup of Roasted Peanut (Singdana)
- 8-10 Green Chillies (Hari Mirch)
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- Salt
- Oil
- Water
- Make a paste of roasted peanuts and green chillies.
- Now heat oil and add cumin seeds and coriander leaves. Stir well.
- Add the potatoes and stir it well for some time.
- Add the paste and mix well.
- Add water and salt. Mix well.
- Close lid and cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Farali Bataka Nu Shaak is ready to eat with hot Farali Rotlo.
