Vegetable Pulao | Pulao Recipe | Gujarati Rasoi

For all our vegetarian fans and rice lovers, we present a quick and tasty recipe of vegetable pulao. This recipe is full of vegetables like carrots, peas and potatoes. Do cook it and comment about it.< Recipe: Ingredient:
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 4- 5 Cloves
  • 3 Small Cinnamon Sticks
  • ½ Cup Green Peas
  • ½ Cup Diced Carrot
Method:
  1. Heat some ghee and add cumin seeds, cloves and cinnamon.
  2. Stir them well.
  3. Now add green peas and let it cook with a closed lid for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add carrots and potatoes and stir it.
  5. Cook for 5-6 minutes and then add 1.5 cup basmati rice.
  6. Add 3 cups of water and stir.
  7. Add salt as per taste and let the mixture come to a boil.
  8. Now close the lid and cook for 10 minutes.
  9. Quick and easy vegetable pulao is ready.
