Bajri No Rotlo is a staple bread of Gujarati cuisine. This Bajri No Rotlo is often eaten with Ringan Bataka, Sev Tameta and other Gujarati Shaak. We can also use these Rotlo to prepare a recipe called as Vaghareli Rotli where the Rotlo is stir fried with some chillies & traditional spices. Vaghareli Rotlo is prepared using leftover Rotlos.

Ingredients:
- 3-4 Leftover Bajra Na Rotlo
- ½ Cup Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
- 5-6 Green Chillies (Hari Mirch)
- 5-6 Garlic Cloves (Lehsun)
- 1 Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds (Rai)
- 10-12 Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- Salt
- Oil
- In a mixer, add green chillies, garlic cloves and coriander leaves. Grind and make a paste.
- Grind the bajra na rotlas in a mixer coarsely.
- To the grinded rotlas, add the prepared paste and mix well.
- Heat oil and mustard seeds, curry leaves and a finely chopped onion.
- Stir till the onion turns golden brown.
- Add turmeric powder and mix well.
- Add the previously prepared Rotlas to it and salt as per taste. Stir well.
- Let it cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Vagharelo Rotlo is ready.
