Tameta Nu Soup is a classic soup recipe which is not only loved by everyone but also is nutritious. In our recipe along with tomatoes we have also added carrots to reduce the sourness of tomato and make the soup for nutritious. To give it a slight spicy taste to the soup we have added small amount of red chilli powder. This soup recipe has a blend of spicy and sour flavours which makes the soup recipe unique in taste.   • 7 Tomatoes
  • 2 Carrots
  • ½ Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • 2-3 Teaspoon of Sugar
  • Salt
Procedure:
  1. In a cooker boil 7 tomatoes and 2 carrots.
  2. Now remove the skin of the boiled tomatoes and grind the mixture.
  3. Strain the mixture through a sieve to have a smooth consistency.
  4. Add this puree in a utensil.
  5. Now add water used to boil the tomatoes as per requirement.
  6. Add salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder and sugar.
  7. Let the soup boil and enjoy the soup with bread crumbs and cream.
