Tomato Kadhi, a classic Kadhi Recipe with a twist that makes it yummy and tasty recipe. Fresh tomatoes and curry leaves makes the Kadhi rich with nutrients and also an excellent substitute to your everyday cooking.

Ingredients:
- Puree of 5 Boiled Tomatoes
- 2 Tablespoons of Gram Flour
- ½ Teaspoon of Mustard Seeds
- ½ Teaspoon of Cumin Seeds
- Pinch of Asafoetida
- 8-10 Curry Leaves
- 4 Cloves
- ¼ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 – 1 ½ Teaspoon of Red Chilli Powder
- 3 Finely chopped green chillies
- Heat some oil in shallow bottomed pan.
- When oil is heated add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, a pinch of asafoetida, curry leaves, cloves and green chillies. Fry all the ingredients well.
- Now add turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Mix the masala well.
- Now add the Gram Flour and fry the flour properly.
- Add the tomato puree and stir the ingredients well.
- Add salt and jagg ery as per taste.
- To have the consistency of a Kadhi add the water used for boiling the tomatoes to retain the nutrients.
- Cook the mixture for 5 minutes and Tomato Kadhi is ready to relish.
