In our pizza series we would like to bring a easy to make pizza recipe which fresh tomatoes and basil married with mozzarella cheese. This Tomato Basil Pizza recipe is gourmet styled combination of tomato, basil and mozzarella cheese. The pizza recipe is prepared without oven to ensure that this recipe can be prepared by anyone. In this recipe we have used mozzarella cheese but you can use any cheese of your choice and if it works do let us know. We have prepared special sauce for this recipe which consists of burnt tomatoes and spices. With the sauce and the topping of fresh basil leaves makes the recipe an unique taste of burnt tomatoes and fresh basil. So do enjoy this gourmet pizza recipe and let us know about it. Recipe: Ingredients –

• Pizza Base
• 4 Tomatoes
• Basil
• 3 Sliced Garlic
• 5-6 Black Pepper
• 2 Bay Leaves
• Butter
• Salt

Procedure –

1. Take 2 teaspoons of butter and melt it on a pan.
2. Add black pepper, bay leaves and sliced garlic. Give it a stir.
3. Add sliced tomatoes and sprinkle some salt as per taste.
4. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
5. Now mash the tomatoes well.
6. Cool the mixture and grind it to make a paste.
7. On a pan add some butter and place the pizza base.
8. Apply the previously made tomato topping and grate some generous amount of cheese.
9. Add the shredded basil leaves and cook the pizza till cheese melts.
10. Your Homemade Tomato Basil Pizza is ready to eat.
