  • 250 Grams Julienned Ivy Gourd (Tindora)
  • 2 Julienned Potatoes
  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • Pinch of Hing
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Dal Shaak Masala
  • 2 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Sugar
  • Salt
Procedure:
  1. Heat some oil and add mustard seeds, hing and potatoes. Stir fry the potatoes.
  2. Close the lid and let the potatoes cook.
  3. Now add the tindora and stir for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder and red chilli powder.
  5. Add salt as per taste. Close lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Now add the dal shaak masala, sugar and mix well.
  7. Tindora Batata Nu Shaak is ready to eat with hot bhakris.
