  • Dough for Roti
  • 25 Grams Grated Paneer
  • ¾ Cup Finely Chopped Cabbage (Patta Gobi)
  • ¼ Cup Finely Chopped Beetroot (Chukandar)
  • 1 Finely Chopped Carrot (Gajar)
  • 1 Finely Chopped Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
  • 1 Inch Finely Chopped Ginger
  • 1 Cheese Cube
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Schezwan Chutney
  • 1 Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Seed (Jeera) Powder
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • Salt
Procedure:
  1. In a mixing bowl, take chopped cabbage, chopped beetroot, chopped cabbage, chopped capsicum, grated cheese cube, grated paneer, chopped ginger, roasted cumin seed powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, schezwan chutney, some coriander leaves and salt.
  2. Mix all the ingredients well.
  3. Prepare a dough from wheat flour, salt, water and oil.
  4. Take a portion of the dough and roll it into a roti.
  5. Roll another same sized roti.
  6. Now place the stuffing on the roti and then place the previously rolled roti over it. Close the edges well.
  7. Roast this paratha over the tawa with some ghee.
  8. Now cut the paratha into 4 pieces.
  9. Open the upper part of the paratha.
  10. Crush a papad over it and grate some cheese.
  11. Surti paratha is ready to eat.
