Ganesh Chaturthi Recipe, Shiro a traditional dessert prepared on various festivities and suapacious days in India. May it be Ganesh Chaturthi or Diwali or Holi Sooji ka Halwa is a favourite delicacy to have. This tasty recipe is also prepared during the preparation of Union Budgets in Indian Parliament.

Ingredients:
- Clarified Butter (Ghee)
- 1 Cup of Semolina
- 2 Cups of Milk
- ½ Cup of Sugar
- Pinch of Cardamom Powder
- Almonds, Cashews and Pistachios to garnish
- Take 4-5 Tablespoons of Clarified Butter (Ghee).
- Once it is heated add a cup of semolina (sooji).
- Fry semolina well till it absorbs all the clarified butter.
- Now, add 2 cups of milk and stir the mixture well. Close the lid and cook it for 5 minutes.
- Add ½ cup of sugar and stir the mixture to dissolve it. Again close the lid and cook the mixture for about 5-7 minutes.
- At the end add a pinch of green cardamom powder and relish a classic Indian Dessert.
