Sabudana Kheer | Farali Recipes | Gujarati Rasoi

Farali Kheer or Sabudana Kheer is an excellent Indian sweet option for ekadashi, sankashti chaturthi or Navratri Upvas. Sabudana kheer takes no time for preparation and is prepared with minimum ingredients. This navratri enjoy the fasting season with this delicious Indian sweet, Sabudana Kheer. Recipe: Ingredients –
  • 4 Cups of Milk
  • 1 Cup Soaked Sabudana
  • 4-5 Teaspoons of Sugar
  • ½ Teaspoon of Elaichi Powder
Method –
  1. Heat 4 cups of milk.
  2. Add sugar and mix well and let it come to a boil.
  3. Add the soaked and drained sabudana and mix well.
  4. Close lid and cook till sabudana becomes transparent.
  5. Now add elaichi powder and let the mixture come to a boil.
  6. Sabudana kheer is ready to enjoy for your upvas or vrat.
