For Ragda:
  • 200 Grams Boiled White Peas (Safed Matar)
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1.5-2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Powder)
  • 1 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • Salt
  • Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • Water
For Preparation:
  • Puris
  • Pani Puri Pani
  • Dates-Tamarind (Khajur-Imli) Chutney
Procedure:
  1. In a utensil add boiled white peas.
  2. Add water used to boil the peas.
  3. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt.
  4. Mix all the ingredients well and let the mixture boil.
  5. Add some coriander leaves and Ragda is ready.
  6. Add the hot ragda in puris.
  7. Add pani puri pani and dates tamarind chutney.
  8. Ragda Pani Puri is ready to eat.
