Phulka Roti or Chapati is a traditional Indian bread often enjoyed with curries or with dal.   • 1 Cup Wheat Flour
  • 1-2 Teaspoon Oil
  • Salt
  • Water
  1. Make dough of 1 cup wheat flour, 1-2 teaspoon oil and salt as per taste.
  2. Knead the dough soft and rest it for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Now make a small ball of the dough and dust it with wheat flour.
  4. Roll a circular chapatti out of the dough.
  5. Roast the roti from both sides.
  6. And then to puff it put it on the flame and let the roti rise.
  7. Take off the flame and phulka roti is ready to serve.
