Phulka Roti or Chapati is a traditional Indian bread often enjoyed with curries or with dal. This Indian bread is often difficult to make but with the right technique and the right proportion of ingredients it is easy to make soft chapatis at home. The speciality of phulka roti is the softness and fluffiness of the roti. This softness is brought by resting the roti dough for adequate amount of time.   • 1 Cup Wheat Flour
  • 1-2 Teaspoon Oil
  • Salt
  • Water
Procedure:
  1. Make dough of 1 cup wheat flour, 1-2 teaspoon oil and salt as per taste.
  2. Knead the dough soft and rest it for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Now make a small ball of the dough and dust it with wheat flour.
  4. Roll a circular chapatti out of the dough.
  5. Roast the roti from both sides.
  6. And then to puff it put it on the flame and let the roti rise.
  7. Take off the flame and phulka roti is ready to serve.
