Palak Pakoda | Pakora Recipe | Gujarati Rasoi

Palak Pakoda or Palak Na Bhajiya is a perfect snack to have during the rainy season. Pakoras are enjoyed all over India in different forms. From North India to streets of Mumbai and down South, pakoras are the all time favorites, so do check out the recipe and comment. Recipe: Ingredients:
  • Spinach
  • 3 Cup of Gram Flour
  • ¼ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 3 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil
Procedure:
  1. In a mixing bowl make a batter of gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt.
  2. Now heat some oil and add 3 teaspoons of hot oil to make the pakoras crispy.
  3. Now dip the spinach leaves in the batter and deep fry it till golden brown.
  4. Flip them and fry until they turn golden brown.
  5. Palak Na Bhajiyas are ready.
