We would like to bring a different Paneer Nu Shaak recipe which consists of healthy ingredients like palak & methi. Methi Palak Paneer recipe is prepared by cooking paneer in some spices along with spinach & fenugreek. This recipe can be a nice alternative for your dinner. This recipe can be enjoyed with Kulcha or Naan.

Ingredients:
- 250 Grams Paneer Cubes
- 250 Grams Finely Chopped Spinach (Palak)
- 250 Grams Finely Chopped Fenugreek (Methi)
- 1 Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 Chopped Tomato
- 5-6 Finely Chopped Green Chillies (Hari Mirch)
- 7-8 Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves (Lehsun)
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- ½ Teaspoon Asafetida (Hing)
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- Salt
- Oil
- Shallow Fry Paneer Cubes in oil.
- In the same pan, add cumin seeds, asafetida, finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped garlic cloves and stir well.
- Add finely chopped onion & stir till it turns transparent.
- Add chopped tomato and stir well.
- Now add turmeric powder and mix well.
- Add finely chopped spinach and let it settle down.
- Also add finely chopped fenugreek and let it settle.
- Close lid & cook for 2-3 minutes on medium gas.
- Add red chilli powder, salt & sugar. Mix well.
- Add the shallow fried paneer pieces & mix well.
- Close lid & cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Methi Palak Paneer is ready to eat.
