Lasan Ni Chatni | Garlic Chutney Recipe | Gujarati Rasoi

Garlic Chutney is a spicy and tasty chutney recipe. This recipe is used in chaat and some gujarati shaak recipes. We have used this chutney in recipes like Tawa Pulao and Dhokli Nu Shaak. Recipe: Ingredients:
  • 3-4 Dried Red Chillies (Sukhi Lal Mirch)
  • 8-10 Garlic Cloves (Lehsun)
  • ½ Inch Ginger (Adrak)
  • ¼ Teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • ½ Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Seed (Jeera) Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Sugar
  • Salt
  • Water
Procedure:
  1. Soak dried red chillies in hot water for 15 minutes.
  2. In a mixer, add the chillies, garlic cloves, ginger, chaat masala, roasted cumin seed powder, sugar, salt and water.
  3. Grind and make the chutney.
  4. Garlic Chutney is ready.
