- 300 Grams Diced Pumpkin
- 4-5 Split Green Chilies
- 4 Teaspoons Dahi
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- Pinch of Asafoetida (hing)
- 2 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- Salt
- In a cooker steam pumpkin and green chilies.
- Now mash the pumpkin and green chilies.
- Add salt, sugar and dahi. Mix well.
- For the tampering add mustard seeds and hing in hot oil and add this tadka to the raita.
- Pumpkin raita is ready.
