  • 1 Medium Sized Chopped Cabbage
  • 8-10 Green Chilies
  • 8-10 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Cup Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 8-10 Curry Leaves
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  1. Make a paste of green chilies, garlic and coriander.
  2. Heat some oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  3. Add the paste and stir fry it well.
  4. Add turmeric powder.
  5. Add the chopped cabbage and mix well with the masala.
  6. Add salt to taste and cook the cabbage well.
  7. Kobichi Bhaji or Gobi ki Sabzi is ready to relish.
