Kobi Na Paratha | Paratha Recipe | Gujarati Rasoi
Kobi Na Paratha are very healthy to eat and also yummy in taste. This paratha recipe can be a good breakfast recipe. You can even make these parathas for kids tiffin box. In this healthy recipe we have prepared a mixture of cabbage and some traditional spices and have filled it inside a paratha. You can enjoy this paratha with fresh dahi or with pickle.

Ingredients:
- 200-250 Grams Grated Cabbage (Kobi)
- Wheat Flour Dough
- 2-2.5 Teaspoon Green Chilli-Ginger (Hari Mirch-Adrak) Paste
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Mango Powder (Amchur)
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera
- 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
- Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
- Salt
- Ghee
Procedure:
- Add some salt to grated cabbage and mix well.
- Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
- Squeeze the water from the cabbage.
- In the cabbage add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dried mango powder, dhana jeera, garam masala, green chilli-ginger paste and coriander leaves. Mix well.
- Take some wheat flour dough and roll out a small paratha.
- Add the cabbage stuffing inside the paratha and close the ends and make a ball.
- Roll out a paratha and roast it on a tawa with some ghee.
- Kobi Na Paratha is ready to eat.
