- 250 Grams Chopped Cabbage
- 3 Diced Potatoes
- 1 Diced Tomato
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds (Rai)
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- ½ Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 2 Teaspoon Coriander-Cumin Seed Powder (Dhana Jeera)
- 1.5-2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Sugar
- Salt
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds, asafoetida, cumin seeds and diced potatoes.
- Stir well.
- Now add turmeric powder, close lid and cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Open lid and add dhana jeera powder and red chilli powder.
- Add a diced tomato and mix well.
- Stir till tomato softens.
- Now add 250 Grams chopped cabbage.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Close lid and cook for5-7 minutes.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Add some coriander leaves and kobi bataka nu shaak is ready.
