A simple jeera rice recipe cooked in a preparation of onions and coriander and in a pressure cooker for quick cooking. Do watch the recipe and comment.

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ Cup of Basmati Rice
- 3 Cups of Water
- 1 Chopped Onion
- ½ Cup of Coriander Leaves (Dhaniya)
- 3 Teaspoons of Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- Salt
- Ghee
- Take 3-4 Tablespoons of ghee in a pressure cooker.
- Add cumin seeds (jeera) and stir it.
- Add chopped onions and stir until it is transparent.
- Add coriander leaves, stir it along with the onions.
- Now add 1 ½ Cup of washed basmati rice.
- Add 3 cups of water and salt as per taste.
- Cook in the cooker for 3 whistles.
- Jeera rice is ready to relish!
