  • 2 Cup Wheat Flour
  • Water
  • Salt
Procedure:
  1. Make firm dough of wheat flour, salt and water.
  2. Rest it for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Roll out puris from the dough.
  4. Heat oil to deep fry the puris.
  5. Once the oil is hot, add the puris and deep fry them.
  6. Puris are ready to eat with keri no ras or bataka nu shaak.
