Ingredients:
- 500 Grams of Yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon Gram Flour (Besan)
- Curry Leaves
- ½ Inch Ginger
- 8- 10 Green Chilies
- ½ Cup of Coriander Leaves
- Cumin Seeds
- Fenugreek Seeds
- Cloves
- Cinnamon Sticks
- ¾ Teaspoon Sugar
- Salt
- Water
- Oil
- Whisk the yogurt well.
- Add gram flour, sugar, salt and around 4-5 cups of water and whisk the mixture well.
- Now make a paste of 8-10 green chilies, ½ inch ginger, 10-15 curry leaves and 1 teaspoon cumin seeds.
- Now heat some oil and add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds.
- Add 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds, 3 cloves, 2 cinnamon sticks and 10-15 curry leaves.
- Stir the ingredients well.
- Now add previously made green paste and mix well.
- Now add the previously made curd mixture and stir well.
- Add salt to taste and let the mixture come to a boil.
- Add around ½ cup of coriander leaves and gujarati kadhi is ready to relish.
