Gujarati Dhebra Recipe | Kothmir Na Dhebra | Gujarati Rasoi

Dhebra is a Gujarati recipe which can be enjoyed with a cup of tea or with pickle. This Dhebra recipe consists of bajra and hence is very nutritious especially for kids. So do try out this recipe and let us know about the taste in the comment box. Recipe: Ingredients:
  • Bunch of Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • ¼ Cup Gram Flour (Besan)
  • ½ Cup Pearl Millet Flour (Bajre Ka Atta)
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 3-4 Teaspoons of Roasted Peanut (Singdana) Powder
  • 3-4 Teaspoons of Green Chilli-Garlic (Hari Mirch-Lehsun) Paste
  • 2 Teaspoons Dhana Jeera Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric (Haldi) Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • Salt
Procedure:
  1. In a mixing bowl take a bunch of coriander leaves, green chilli-garlic paste, roasted peanut powder, chopped onion, gram flour, bajra ka atta, turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder, red chilli powder and salt.
  2. Add some water knead a dough of the mixture.
  3. The dough must be loose.
  4. Now place a wet cloth on the rolling surface.
  5. Apply some ghee on it and flatten a portion of the dough on it.
  6. Spread some ghee on hot tawa and place the dhebra on the tawa.
  7. Roast it well from both sides.
  8. Kothmir Na Dhebra are ready to eat.
