- 250 Grams Chopped French Beans (Farasbi)
- 1 Diced Potato
- 1 Diced Tomato
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds (Rai)
- 1 Teaspoon Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
- ½ Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1.5 Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
- 2 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Kitchen King Masala
- Salt
- Water
- Oil
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds, asafoetida, carom seeds and stir well.
- Now add French beans and stir well.
- Add diced potato, turmeric powder and mix well.
- Add dhana jeera powder, red chilli powder, kitchen king masala and salt.
- Add diced tomato and mix well.
- Add water as per requirement.
- Pressure cook for 1-2 whistles.
- Fansi Bataka Nu Shaak is ready.
