  • 250 Grams Chopped French Beans (Farasbi)
  • 1 Diced Potato
  • 1 Diced Tomato
  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds (Rai)
  • 1 Teaspoon Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
  • ½ Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1.5 Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Kitchen King Masala
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil
Procedure:
  1. Heat oil and add mustard seeds, asafoetida, carom seeds and stir well.
  2. Now add French beans and stir well.
  3. Add diced potato, turmeric powder and mix well.
  4. Add dhana jeera powder, red chilli powder, kitchen king masala and salt.
  5. Add diced tomato and mix well.
  6. Add water as per requirement.
  7. Pressure cook for 1-2 whistles.
  8. Fansi Bataka Nu Shaak is ready.
