  • 10-15 Baby Onions
  • Paste of 2 Onions
  • Puree of 2 Tomatoes
  • 4-5 Chopped Green Chillies
  • 2 Teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Roasted Peanut Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  1. Shallow fry the baby onions till they turn golden brown.
  2. Heat oil and add chopped green chillies and ginger-garlic paste. Fry well.
  3. Now add onion paste and sauté it well.
  4. Add tomato puree and cook well.
  5. Now add turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder and red chilli powder.
  6. Add water as per requirement.
  7. Add salt as per taste, garam masala, roasted peanut powder and lemon juice.
  8. Mix all the ingredients well.
  9. Add the shallow fried baby onions and mix well with the masala.
  10. Close lid and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  11. Garnish it with coriander leaves and dungri nu shaak is ready to eat.
